Nails First Services

It was a nice place and I loved the color I chose for my nails although I wish I went somewhere else to get them done. This was my first time here too. I did not enjoy the service if I’m being honest. I felt that it was totally rushed and the lady who did my nails just rushed through my nails and did a sloppy job. I wouldn’t mind if it was fast because I was busy that day but if you’re gonna do it fast please do it right too. I did not get what I asked for and I didn’t like how my nails turned out. I’ve been to many places and never not liked my nails this much and I’m not picky when it comes to this so overall I was definitely disappointed. You could tell she just rushed it and wanted to just get it over with. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t go here again.

The guy doing my nails did them crooked. I got dip powder with tips, the way he did the dip is lumpy. My nails are uneven sizes. When I tried to politely ask him to fix it, he basically ignored me. Will not be going back.

I love the nail tech Lynn, Lisa, Amy, and Nina. However the manager Henry made my years going to that nail horrible. If you make an appointment to be serviced by a specific person he will confirm it and then change it when you get there. He did it one too many times for me so I won’t be going back. I wasn’t spending a few hundred in there every time but I will be taking my business and funds else where. He’s rude and lacks customer service skills. You are better off going somewhere else.
